Requests For Proposals (RFPs)
OnCare issues RFPs based on community priorities and needs as well as the availability of funding. In October 2011, OnCare issued 13 contracts to agencies who responded to an RFP for Service Expansions for children and youth with an emotional and/or behavioral challenge.
